Shipping Policy

Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding federal holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.

Domestic Shipping (United States) We ship to all 50 states generally with USPS, however UPS, and/or FedEx can be used for an additional cost. Shipping rates and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

Standard shipping typically arrives within 3–7 business days after processing. Expedited options may be available at checkout.

Collectibles Packaging We take the condition of your items seriously. All orders are packed with care using appropriate protective materials to ensure your collectibles arrive safely. Trading cards are sleeved and top-loaded or boxed as appropriate. Coins and bullion are shipped in protective holders or padded packaging.

Order Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to monitor your shipment on the carrier's website.

Lost or Damaged Shipments If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at contactus@south17collectibles.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date. Please retain all original packaging for any damage claims.

International Shipping We do not currently offer international shipping. We plan to expand to additional markets in the future — check back for updates.
