How do I place an order?

Can I cancel or modify my order after placing it?

Shipping & Delivery
Where do my items ship from?
South 17 Collectibles partners with trusted suppliers and fulfillment networks to bring you a wide selection of collectibles. Items may ship directly from our supplier partners, which means shipping times can vary by product.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Delivery times vary depending on the item and supplier. Estimated shipping times are shown on each product page where available. Most orders arrive within 5–14 business days.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently we primarily serve US-based customers. Please check back as we expand to additional markets.
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can also track your order through your account dashboard.

My item arrived damaged — what do I do?
We're sorry to hear that! Please contact us through our Contact page within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage and your order number. We'll work to make it right.
Collectibles & Authenticity
Are your graded items authentic?
Yes. All graded items listed on South 17 Collectibles are sourced from reputable suppliers and include their original grading certification (e.g., PSA, BGS, NGC). We do not alter or tamper with any graded slabs.
What grading services do you carry?
We carry items graded by leading third-party grading services including PSA, Beckett (BGS/BVG), CGC, and NGC depending on the category. Visit our Grading & Authentication guide to learn more.
